Anw, after MUCH difficulty talking to Jeremy in 4/1 thanks to YUJUN, (those in 4/1 who saw should know) we finally managed that each person is to pay $20 first, to pay for the chalet cost. Any extra will go to the food, which of course won't be enough. Another around $5 will be collected per pax nearing the end of the year for the food [: And we'll be collecting the $20 during.. Conquer O! So please rmb to bring your kaching! Then we'll have the chalet booked by the end of June hols..

Anyway! We've FINALLY found people to book the chalet for us!! [[: See, Ms Wong refuses to book for us, i-don't-know-why, and so! We had to go around searching for other people to book for us so that the price we all have to pay is much lesser [: And wa-lah! We've found two!

One. Georgina's cousin, a civil servant who books Changi Chalet all the time.
Two. Ms Nadirah [:

AND SO! As you all can see, things are just falling into place and it's about time we collected money isn't it? [[:

Okay okay, I know you guys are gonna complain and all, but please don't! Because without funds, WE CAN'T BOOK! Please please please co-operate with us and make our lives easier okay? We'll love you very much, we swear! Lol.

So I'll update the amount of money needed, TOMORROW. I promise okay, lol. And please please give your class reps the money by this Thursday before school ends okay? (Friday there's no school cos of PTC I think). [:

More about the chalet!

It will most probably be a 4D3N one based on the response from you guys, at Aloha Changi. So the cost per person will be around $30 or less, depending on the rates civil servants get. I think it'll be a lot cheaper. Cos apparently, we are unable to find the rate for civil servants one on the net, so yea, have to see again.

And since Ms Wong doesn't want to book for us, Shuyi has stepped forward to tell Jeremy that her brother (NSman) is able to book for us just as long as we give him the money first!

So, we decided the BBQ will be set on the second night, for those who are unable to turn up for the whole chalet, you might just want to come for the BBQ? We'll also be making invitation cards for the teachers, Mrs Bhattarai, Ms Wong and Ms Nadirah for them to come. We were also thinking of asking Ms (Mdm) Gan but not too sure if she still remembers us.. Lol. Also people like Kaijie and Qianhui, we'll be getting them to come for the BBQ if they can as well [:

For those who commented that we should have BBQ for the rest of the nights as well.. Don't carry too much hope. We don't have so much budget lah! Lol. People like Mingliang and Benjamin ah... Hahaha.

So here's the map of all the changi chalets. Note that red circled part are the ones we are looking at, and only chalet A has double storey, so we'll try and get it asap!

And the date of Prom Night is the 20th, so do you all want it before or after Prom? Jeremy was suggesting after Prom would be a better date, what do you guys think? If so the dates would be around 21-30th Nov. [: Comments on the tagboard please! [:

And these are about all the things to be done. Jeremy and I are working on this very closely to make sure it's a success! [: A little bit of loose ends to tie up, like the confirmed number of people turning up for the chalet, the civil servants rate and invitation cards. Small things lah, once all these are done, money will be collected asap to book the chalet! [;

Time planned for all these to be done, by June. Should be able to lah, so please co-operate when we need to money k!

She said last year when she booked for her Sec 5 class they didn't return her money and so she's afraid. (WHY LAH! WE PAID HER BEFORE LOR!) And she said the other time the guys were wearing short pants now long, can't be trusted ]]]]]]]]:

NEVERMIND! We won't give up. We'll look for either Mrs Bhattarai / Ms Nadirah to help soon. Worst come to worst, we'll ask family like NSmen or who ever who has family that are civil servants. If really don't have, book at the normal rate lor.

So the few representatives tried to gather some opinions from the scattered 2ones from the different classes.

So these are the few things that were mentioned:

Apparently, according to majority, people are willing to pay more this time because afterall it MAY be the last time we'll be having a 2one chalet. Prices I heard states that y'all don't mind paying up to $20 bucks?

Also, feedback has shown that more nights are suggested. Instead of a 3 days 2 night chalet, people are requesting for a 4 days 3 night chalet.

So let's see. Budget constrain has expanded nonetheless, and people from 4/1 are highly suggesting Aloha Loyang, while those in the other classes don't mind Aloha Changi but will go with the majority.

Of course, Aloha Loyang is still more expensive than Aloha Changi but we'll see what we can do okay? [: Not forgetting there'll be other costs such as food, (extra) electricity bills, (most probably own) games.

And also, very sadly, only 2 people from 4/4 has expressed interest in this upcoming chalet. ]: Who are of course Ruishan and Ginie. C'mon people! It's more probably the last time you know!

And so, Jeremy has stated that he'll be asking Ms Wong about helping us book a chalet this year again. As you knowwwwwwwwwww, civil servants are given HUGE discounts and this will take the load of the money off the chalet quite a bit.

Last of all, thank you Ginie for helping Ruishan cover asking opnions of those in your class when she's in the sick bay. And representatives, thank you. You're a great help, and truly appreciated [:

Hello everyone! [:

Nice to be here blogging and seeing responses! [:

So Jeremy and I decided to take the initiative and start a little meeting on our own, cos just nice we were both online so don't mind us alright. Jeremy decided he'll take lead! [: YAY! I told him I'll help him whenever he needs help, so do offer him your helping hand if you can!

Anyway, here are the results of our little meeting:
- Dilemma between Aloha Resorts and those at Costa Sands
- About 3 Days, 2 nights, with barbeque on one of the nights

Aloha (Changi) Resorts:
Cheaper, MUCH cheaper. Probably about $200 per night. They go by night only, and cost affordable. Most probably if we choose there there'll be 2 storeys, with 4 rooms or so, so not so much fighting like last time. And if possible we'll get one near the beach. We've already spotted a potential one, available for booking, so we must make our moves fast!! Barbeque pit included in package.

Aloha (Loyang) Resorts [At Pasir Ris]:
Only garden terraces are affordable, unless you guys want to pay like $390 or $420 per night. However there are only 2 rooms, and I think everyone will be snatching like crazy!! And there's only 1 storey, so there'll be quite limited space. If you want everyone in the same place at the same time, there'll be alot less space as compared to Aloha Changi..

Costa Sands Resorts:
EXPENSIVE!!!! They charge by room, AND night, AND bbq pit. -.- Lol. So I mean, it's up to you guys. You get the option of choosing the no. of rooms though [: Unless you all want to pay for your own rooms? Then maybe we can consider that..

So lastly, Jeremy and I decided, we'll get a class representative to gather your opinions in case you all don't come anyway k?

finally,
one day or break from the craziness.
i shouldnt say that it's craziness actually,
i just had to study for bio till about 11,
wake up the next day and study somemore,
have my whole recess with my eyes half closed with bio notes right in front of me.
it's different this year,
i had never treated tests so seriously,
study the day before,
even the day before the day before,
and even the day before the day before the day before.
oh well,
im talking crap.
anyway,
today went on quite badly.
although it was the first time that i did not pay attention in physics and maths class,
which were like one right after the other,
(imagine 4 periods of graphs)
i could still complete the graphs!
physics was dumb,
using common sense to do common sense,
of course i was able to do la!
maths was ok,
i knew what i was doing haha,
but all the answers were wrong.
obviously,
they were never correct,
never correct just like me.
ANYWAY,
i was so tired right after all those,
that after recess was freaking bio test,
so i stayed in class intending to study.
but,
i was so tired i even had difficulty to open my eyes,
so i was half-asleep,
not managing to study anything at all.
then the test went on quite ok,
just that i wrote whatever that came to my mind totally not caring whether it was right or wrong.
then was assembly,
class drama.
that made me remember those rehearsals with 2one right then,
and then SUAY SUAY FALL SICK ON ACTUAL DAY!
haha,
those were the past la.
then was combined sectionals,
i think i was playing some rubbish la,
not enough warmup somemore i sound super weird.
everything went on fine,
except that my brain wasnt fine,
my mood wasnt fine,
i wasnt fine.
who cares,
let it be then.
it should be okay soon,
i dont care anyway.

i wont say much here,
who cares.

long time nvr come here.
this time round i came for smth impt.

FOOD POISONING
our class had 9 ppl who didn't come or gone home today..
and throughout the whole sch i guess more than 50 ppl were not in sch today.
haiz..
and the canteen had been closed down for further investigations
for those who came down with diarrhea or vomiting do rest well!!
exams are just next week we cant afford to get sick at this time(although not ur fault larhs=x )
and for those who are lucky not to had been "poisoned" dun let urself get poison or sick too!

just to post smth here.
quite a number of things has happened nowadays.
but wells,
i feel that enough talking has been done by the tchers,
but just think,
where has the usual 2one go?
what have we done,
to cause tchers to think this way?
are we wrong,
or are the teachers wrong?
think to yourself,
answer all these truthfully.
change ourselves to a better 2one.
take for instance,
what ms nadhirah said this morning,
about all the complaints.
that dont seem to be good,
when tchers look at us with a negative point of view.

what i can see is that the class is in total chaos,
whenever there's no tchers around.
but even with a tcher,
it makes no difference,
we tend to be noisy and not listen to the tcher.
but well,
listening is for your own good,
firstly you benefit through learning,
secondly you respect the tcher by giving your attention.
it isnt difficult,
but when it comes to tchers like mrs chia,
we tend to 'bully' her,
make her yelling at us,
make her repeat things again and again.
dont tell me that you are irritated with all these,
for i am going through all these same things too.
oh wells, nvm.
just think about it,
2one used to be near perfect,
2one got lots of lauds and praises.
where has all these gone?
just think about it.

and also to congratulate those who took part in the interhouse,
for helping us gain glory,
for those who didnt win,
it's ok,
it's just about having a trophy and no trophy.

cos no amount of talking could help if it doesnt go into your brain.
