More about the chalet!
It will most probably be a 4D3N one based on the response from you guys, at Aloha Changi. So the cost per person will be around $30 or less, depending on the rates civil servants get. I think it'll be a lot cheaper. Cos apparently, we are unable to find the rate for civil servants one on the net, so yea, have to see again.
And since Ms Wong doesn't want to book for us, Shuyi has stepped forward to tell Jeremy that her brother (NSman) is able to book for us just as long as we give him the money first!
So, we decided the BBQ will be set on the second night, for those who are unable to turn up for the whole chalet, you might just want to come for the BBQ? We'll also be making invitation cards for the teachers, Mrs Bhattarai, Ms Wong and Ms Nadirah for them to come. We were also thinking of asking Ms (Mdm) Gan but not too sure if she still remembers us.. Lol. Also people like Kaijie and Qianhui, we'll be getting them to come for the BBQ if they can as well [:
For those who commented that we should have BBQ for the rest of the nights as well.. Don't carry too much hope. We don't have so much budget lah! Lol. People like Mingliang and Benjamin ah... Hahaha.
So here's the map of all the changi chalets. Note that red circled part are the ones we are looking at, and only chalet A has double storey, so we'll try and get it asap!
And the date of Prom Night is the 20th, so do you all want it before or after Prom? Jeremy was suggesting after Prom would be a better date, what do you guys think? If so the dates would be around 21-30th Nov. [: Comments on the tagboard please! [:
And these are about all the things to be done. Jeremy and I are working on this very closely to make sure it's a success! [: A little bit of loose ends to tie up, like the confirmed number of people turning up for the chalet, the civil servants rate and invitation cards. Small things lah, once all these are done, money will be collected asap to book the chalet! [;
Time planned for all these to be done, by June. Should be able to lah, so please co-operate when we need to money k!
